1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "999f" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 999f online gaming and sports betting service accessible at https://999f.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses a 999f account, whether or not a financial transaction has been completed.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a player upon completing the 999f registration process, through which the player accesses gaming services and manages their balance.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds credited to a player's account and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free-spin winnings, matched deposit amounts, or other non-cash value credited to a player's account under the terms of a 999f promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total monetary amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which 999f accounts are denominated.
• "MFS" refers to Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, which are accepted payment channels on the 999f platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process that 999f may require players to complete, including submission of identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity defined as impermissible under Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register and use a 999f account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 999f does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly and specifically prohibited by local law in a manner that would expose you or 999f to criminal liability.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a 999f employee or contractor in a role with access to platform systems, game logic, or odds data.
• You have not previously had a 999f account closed for cause, including for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, bonus abuse, or other material breaches of these terms.

2.2 During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name for MFS payment purposes. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes an immediate and material breach of these terms.

2.3 999f reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any bonus funds pending withdrawal.

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on 999f. If a player is found to operate more than one account — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, or personal details are used — 999f reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999f username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use credentials belonging to another player. 999f will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). 999f may, at its sole discretion, require a player to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal, during a bonus claim, or at any other point considered appropriate by the platform's compliance team. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and confirmation of the MFS number used for transactions.

3.4 Account Dormancy. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. 999f will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 999f account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. Account closure does not automatically cancel active bonus terms — any real-money balance accumulated under an active wagering requirement will be assessed at the time of closure in accordance with Section 5.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 999f currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. All transactions are denominated in BDT. 999f does not accept cash, bank cheques, cryptocurrency, or payments made on behalf of the account holder by a third party.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. 999f does not charge a deposit fee, but your MFS provider may apply their own service charges, for which 999f bears no responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 999f account balance within five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the MFS provider. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes in cases where additional bank-level verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method is unavailable, in which case the support team will assist with an alternative channel. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after this cut-off or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. 999f may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending identity verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within any 30-day period. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure and does not indicate any fault or wrongdoing on the part of the player.

4.6 Failed or Reversed Transactions. If a deposit fails to credit to your account within the expected timeframe, please contact support with the MFS transaction reference number. 999f will investigate within one business day. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a player through their bank or MFS provider without prior engagement with 999f support will be treated as a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 999f offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the respective offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable multiple will be stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using the bonus funds, and only the real-money portion of winnings that exceeds the wagering requirement will be eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 999f monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Conduct that 999f determines to constitute systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, exploiting game mechanics to guarantee bonus completion with minimal risk, or registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds, reversal of any derived winnings, and account closure.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated free spins that have not been used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically without replacement. 999f will endeavour to notify players of approaching bonus expiry via in-account notification where technically possible.

5.5 VIP Programme. Membership of the 999f VIP programme, including the Black Diamond tier, is governed by the VIP Programme Terms published separately. In the event of any conflict between the VIP Programme Terms and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the VIP Programme Terms expressly state otherwise.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability. The 999f game catalogue is subject to change without prior notice. Games may be added, temporarily suspended, or permanently withdrawn at any time. 999f will not be liable for any inability to access a specific game due to technical maintenance, provider-side issues, or regulatory requirements.

6.2 Game Results. All casino games offered through 999f use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied and audited by the respective game providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the individual game provider. 999f does not modify game logic or RTP settings.

6.3 Sports Betting. Bet settlement on cricket, football, kabaddi, ice hockey, and other sports markets is governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and the 999f Sports Betting Rules document. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, 999f's decision — made in accordance with the published rules — shall be final.

6.4 Bet Cancellation. 999f reserves the right to cancel or void bets placed at incorrect odds caused by a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Where bets are voided, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. No compensation will be paid for potential winnings foregone as a result of a voided bet.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-session or single-event winnings may be subject to caps as published in the relevant sports or game rules. 999f reserves the right to limit the winnings payable to any single player in any single day at its reasonable discretion where a manifest error or system exploitation is suspected.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999f platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21 or are ineligible under Section 2 of these terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point including during KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one 999f account, whether in your own name or under a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or derive any advantage not available to manual users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in game logic or bonus mechanics to accumulate funds that would not arise through normal play.
• Laundering funds through the platform, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform as a mechanism to convert illicit funds into ostensibly clean BDT withdrawals.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through MFS providers or card networks without first exhausting the 999f internal dispute resolution process.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring access to your 999f account to any third party for any purpose.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to harm, defame, harass, or impersonate 999f, its staff, or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 999f is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from within the account settings section of the platform.

8.2 Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to contact the 999f support team for guidance. Self-exclusion requests, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players serving a self-exclusion period will not receive marketing communications from 999f.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the 999f platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces (as applicable), written content, and the 999f brand name and mark, is the intellectual property of 999f or its licensed content providers. No element of the platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 999f.

9.2 Individual game content — including game graphics, sounds, mechanics, and brand elements — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio or provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to their own IP terms. 999f licenses this content for display on the platform and does not transfer any intellectual property rights to players.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999f shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if 999f has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2 999f does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. 999f will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where operationally feasible.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 999f.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 999f collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for a 999f account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 999f will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services strictly for the purposes of operating the platform and complying with applicable legal obligations.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by 999f. 999f may suspend a player's account at any time without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7, or a failure to comply with a KYC request. During a suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds. 999f will endeavour to notify the player of a suspension via the registered email address unless doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

12.2 Termination by 999f. 999f reserves the right to permanently close a player's account where: (a) a material breach of these terms has been confirmed; (b) the player has been found to be ineligible under Section 2; (c) continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or third parties; or (d) the player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools. Upon termination, any real-money balance net of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player via their registered MFS number within 14 business days, unless the balance is subject to a lawful hold related to fraud, anti-money-laundering investigation, or chargeback proceedings.

12.3 Termination by Player. Players may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered MFS account subject to standard verification checks.

13 Disputes & Complaints

13.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 999f service — including account management, game outcomes, payment processing, or promotional terms — you should contact the support team in the first instance via the live chat feature or by email to [email protected]. Please provide your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as transaction references or screenshots).

13.2 999f aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer; in such cases, 999f will provide a progress update within the initial 5-day period.

13.3 All decisions made by 999f regarding disputed bet outcomes, game results, or technical errors are final once the internal review process has been completed and communicated to the player. 999f's determination will be based on platform logs and certified game provider records, which shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the event in question.

14 Governing Law

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with English-language legal conventions. In the event of any translation of these terms into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

14.2 999f operates this platform as a service targeted at adult players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. 999f makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in any specific location beyond what is stated in these terms.

15 Amendments

15.1 999f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available at https://999f.io/terms-conditions, along with the effective date of the current version.

15.2 Where a material change is made to these terms — particularly one that affects player rights in relation to bonuses, withdrawals, or account closure — 999f will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Where the change is required urgently to address a legal, regulatory, or security matter, the change may take effect immediately upon publication.

15.3 Your continued use of the 999f platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you may close your account before the effective date in accordance with Section 12.3, and your real-money balance will be returned to you.
